Sam Pamment

Community Archaeology Trainee with Glamorgan-Gwent Archaeological Trust April 2012 - April 2013

Sam Pamment, Community Archaeology trainee 2012 - 2013

Meet Sam:

"Hi my name is Sam I’m from Cardiff and I am the CATP at Glamorgan-Gwent Archaeological Trust in Swansea. I graduated with a BA in Archaeology from University of Wales Lampeter and whilst on this placement I am currently doing my dissertation for an MA in Landscape Management at University of Wales Trinity St. David.

"Having volunteered on various projects particularly at Nevern Castle in Pembrokeshire, I then had some work with Northamptonshire Archaeology before applying for this position. I have had some experience working with GGAT as I did a 4 week work placement and was involved in a community project to do with coastal erosion.

"I am looking forward to working with the local communities, hopefully learning a lot on the way."
