HLF funded Workplace Learning Bursaries

The Institute for Archaeologists (IfA) is offering a further 8 training posts based within a number of different archaeological organisations and in various areas of archaeological practice. The posts are part funded by host organisations with support from Heritage Lottery Fund bursaries. Full details of each post, training plans, job descriptions and person specifications will be provided on the IfA website from 1 November 2012. Details of how to apply are included in the individual advertisements for each post.

Salaries will vary between the posts, depending on host organisation. Salaries will be upwards of £15,839 (PIfA level) and £18,446 (AIfA level) for a 12 month fixed term contract or pro rata for 6 months.

Closing dates for the return of completed applications vary. The earliest closing date is 19 November 2012.
