Archaeology Matters

Organisational membership

Pentre Ifan copyright CBA

The organisation you work for, your voluntary group or local committee can keep up to date with the latest in UK archaeology and support the CBA by becoming a member organisation.

We offer this membership service to local societies and community groups, museums, local authorities, archaeological units, trusts and committees, national bodies, and universities and educational organisations.

Since it was founded in 1944, the CBA has represented the public interest in archaeology. We give professionals and volunteers alike a voice. With your support we can continue to speak up and show decision-makers that archaeology matters.

Join us as a CBA Member Organisation today and give archaeology a future.

To join download an application form from the link below, call 01904 671417 or email the CBA. Please do not send payment until invoiced.

Be a friend to archaeology

Ask your local archaeology society or project if they are a CBA member organisation. They will receive an affiliate CBA logo for use in their communications to demonstrate their support. We are also looking at opportunities to develop online resources and training and networking for member organisations. You might like to introduce the CBA to local or family history groups in your area, and mention our Home Front Legacy 1914-18 UK community recording project.

Contact us by email for details or call us on 01904 671 417.
