Unloved Heritage? is a Wales-wide, youth-led National Lottery Heritage Funded project, designed to get young people involved in developing and delivering projects that focus on heritage that is unknown, unseen, or unloved. Seven projects have been running since 2017, coming to a close in March 2021.
This two-day event will share the findings of the Unloved Heritage project officers, participants, and partners as a participatory workshop and a chance to learn from each others' experiences.
We'll talk about integrating arts and heritage into youth work, try out archaeological activities for the Young Archaeologists’ Club in Wales, and explore ways to measure what works.
This event is aimed at anyone working, volunteering, or engaging with young people. The event will take place over Zoom - links will be sent out 24 hours before the start.
Sessions will run in the afternoon and morning on both days, and will include interactive and participatory elements. Delegates can attend part or full days of the event - there is no requirement to attend the entire conference.
